How to use the smart reply feature?
- Under the reputation management tab, click on my reviews to start the process.
- Click on respond to reply, which will lead to opening of a pop up box.
- There will be a lot of replies present for you to select and use.
- Read and select either of them to use it for addressing your customer’s reviews.
