How to use the smart reply feature?

Sometimes we cannot think of a perfect reply and end up addressing our reviews in a way we never wanted to.
Rannkly’s Smart reply feature analyzes the tone of the messages, and based on the emotions it builds several replies to suit the need of the hour. It not only escalates the process but also gives you the multiple options to choose from.
- Under the reputation management tab, click on my reviews to start the process.
- Click on respond to reply, which will lead to the opening of a pop-up box.
- There will be a lot of replies present for you to select and use.
- Read and select either of them to use for addressing your customer’s reviews.
