Delegation of Permissions
Rannkly allows businesses to invite team members with different administrative permissions, who can be assigned one or more locations. Let's take a closer look at the different types of permissions available:
1. Business Owners: As the creators of the business, they have the highest level of administrative permissions. They can create and manage locations, edit location details, manage users, edit business details, and handle subscriptions and billing. Business Owners are also responsible for managing reviews, answering Google questions, and requesting reviews through SMS and emails. They can create and edit campaigns, add new customer contacts, and customize review templates. Additionally, they can automate responses, create response templates and generate reports.
2. Business Managers: Assigned by Business Owners, they have permission to manage locations, edit location details, manage users, and reviews, and answer Google questions. They can create and edit campaigns, add new customer contacts, automate responses, and customize and create review templates. They also have the ability to generate reports.
3. Contributors: As assigned by the owner, they have permission to manage a particular location/s, manage reviews and answer Google questions. Contributors can also create and edit campaigns, add new customer contacts, customize review templates, automate responses, and generate reports.
By granting different levels of permissions, businesses can ensure streamlined workflow and efficient management of reviews across multiple locations.
