
How to add, delete and update locations
As a business owner, it's crucial to monitor online reviews from multiple locations. With Rannkly's multi-location management system, you can connect various review platforms to each location and assign team members to manage customer feedback efficiently.
The owner is the only member who can create, edit or delete locations. To access the multi-location feature, you will need to have a Rannkly for the multi-location subscription plan.
How To Add A New Location?
Follow these steps to add a new location:
Step 1: Log in to your account and click on the Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the "Add Locations" button.
Step 3:Â Fill in the required details, such as location name and address.
Step 4: Click on the "Create" button.
How To Edit Or Update An Existing Location?
Follow these simple steps to edit or update your existing location.
Step 1:Â Click on the Dashboard.
Step 2:Â Go to Business Settings.
Step 3: In the Locations section, click on the "Edit detail" button of the location you wish to update.
Step 4:Â Edit any field you wish to change.
Step 5:Â Click on the "Update details" button in the bottom right corner.
How To Delete A Location?
Here are simple steps to delete a location:
Step 1:Â Click on the Dashboard.
Step 2:Â Go to Business Settings.
Step 3:Â In the Locations section, click on the "Edit detail" button of the location you wish to delete.
Step 4:Â Click on the "Delete location" button in the bottom left corner.
Step 5:Â Confirm that you are sure about deleting the location by selecting "Yes".
