How to Create a Campaign in Rannkly

Creating a campaign in Rannkly is a straightforward process. Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up and launch your campaign:

Step 1:  Access the Campaign Menu

- Start by clicking on the "Campaign" option located in the top header menu.

Step 2:  Choose a Channel

- You have two options for creating a campaign:

    - Option 1: Click on the "Create New Campaign" button located in the top right corner. A popup window will appear, allowing you to select the channel for your campaign (SMS, email, or WhatsApp).

    - Option 2: Navigate to the "Customer Contact" section. Here, you will find various data filters to refine your campaign audience.

Step 3:  Apply Data Filters

- Within the "Customer Contact" section, utilize the following data filters to target your campaign audience:

    -Per Page Record Filter: Choose the number of records you want to view per page.

    -Visit Count Filter:  Specify the number of times a customer has visited your business.

    -Label Filter:  Assign labels to your records during import to categorize and target specific data.

    -Date Filter:  Refine your audience based on specific dates.

    -Search Filter:  Conduct quick searches to find specific records.

Step 4:  Search and Select Recipients

- Use the search feature to locate specific users who match your campaign criteria.

- Select the desired customers by checking the corresponding checkboxes.

Step 5:Initiate the Campaign

- Click the "Send Campaign" button. A popup window will appear, allowing you to choose the channel for your campaign (e.g., email).

Step 6:  Choose a Template

- Select the template you want to use for your campaign. You can personalize templates with placeholders, such as customer names.

Step 7: Customize Email Subject

- Fill in the subject line for your email campaign.

Step 8:  Specify Business Location

- Choose the relevant business location.

Step 9:  Send the Campaign

- Click "Continue" and review your campaign details.

- Confirm the campaign by clicking the "Send" button.

Step 10: Monitor Campaign Progress

- Check the campaign progress to see the number of customers targeted, delivered, and the success rate.

Step 11:  Check the Inbox

- After sending, check the recipient's inbox. Verify that the email has been received and opened.

Step 12:  Review Success Rate

- Return to the campaign dashboard and observe the success rate. Confirm if customers have engaged with the campaign.
