Users can send a review request to customer(s) via email or SMS and ask to review their business by leaving a review on selected review platforms. Customer Review/Ratings which are less than 3 are posted internally, so that team members can work on the feedback and positive reviews above 3 are posted on the review platforms.

How to send review requests to customers via SMS?

1. Go to Generate reviews tab from left menu.

2. Click on the create review request button.

3. Select send request via SMS.

4. Select the platform you want the user to review your business on and select a message from given SMS templates which will be sent to user.

6. Manually enter user’s contact information or import from the contact list. To manually enter just type the name and phone number of the user. You can add more user by clicking on add more button below the input fields.

Or you can import the contact list and select the user’s from there.

After selecting the users click on the add contacts and preview button.

7. If everything appears fine click on the send to contacts button.

8. If you want to send review request immediately, click on send now or.

else you can save it as a draft and send later

Review request via SMS sent.

You can track the review request performance from the review request tab itself.

How to send review requests to customers via Email?

1. Go to Generate reviews tab from left menu..

2. Select the create review request button located at the top right side of the screen.

3. Select request via EMAIL by clicking on create button.

4. Select the platform you want the user to review your business on and select a message from given email templates or type in your own message which will be sent to the user.

5. Manually enter user’s contact information or import from the contact list. To manually enter just type the name and phone number of the user. You can add more user by clicking on add more button below the input fields. Or you can import your contact list and select the users from there.

5.Click on the continue button to move forward.

7. Click on add contacts and preview to move forward.

8. Preview your request, check if everything is correct, and click on the sent to button.

9. You can choose to send the request immediately or later..

If you immediately send the request, your emails will be in user’s inbox in no time.

If you want to save it later, the request will be save as a draft which you can later send or make changes.

You can also send a test mail first to test the template.

Hurray, your email review requests are sent.

Customer Contact
How can I add my contact list to Rannkly’s platform?

1. Go to generate reviews from the side menu.

2. Go to customer contacts tab inside generate reviews.

3. Download a sample of CSV file by clicking on the download sample button below the input fields to view how to structure your data.

4. Click save.

5. Click on import from CSV button to imports all you contacts.

6. Click on import contact, once the file is uploaded.

7. Click on update contacts to update the information of existing contacts.

8. All your contacts will be visible in customers contacts with the status (not contacted, unsubscribed, contacted, review left etc..)

How to delete users from contact list?

1. Hover over the contacts and click on the delete icon.

2. Confirm you want to delete the contact information to permanently delete.

Request Templates

1. Go to Generate Reviews from the side menu.

2. Select request template tab.

3. To add a new template click on the New template button located in right below the search field.

4. Enter your request message or check suggestions.

5. Enter your business signature.

6. Click on create template.

7. Select yes if you want to make the template you just created as your default template.

8. Hurray, your template is created.
