Horrible customer care, Ive been a client for 4 yrs but I have to follow up forever and every morning to check their availability and if their executive is available to connect with me. There:s no contact number, no response on email and then just one message is 4.00 pm ok ? If Im busy then there's no option to book another time slot. Its highly unprofessional. Hopefully my company agrees for the change soon.

We have signed up for the Keka platform. While the platform itself is quite good and useful the support is terrible. The onboarding specialist assigned to us was a fresher and we were the very first account he was handling. He had no idea about the product features and ended up wasting a lot of our time during the onboarding process. Similarly the after sales support has been extremely poor.

Disappointed.....fouled up We recently implemented the software in our company. The sales person agreed that they will implement the software as per client requirements and obtained the contract. At the time of implementation their development team simply apologized and said we cannot deploy as per agreement due current feature limitations. Think twice before decide to go with Keka HR.
