I had a highly disappointing experience with Magicpin. I made a transaction expecting a seamless process, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have **not received my refund** to date. Their customer support is unresponsive, and every attempt to resolve this issue has been met with delays and excuses.

I live in gurgaon and yesterday I and my friend ordered 6 laccha parantha from magicpin app from Ghar Ki Rasoi Restaurant and and I made online payment for all 6 laccha paranthas but delivery boy delivered me only 2 laccha paranthas and from that onwards I quickly generate a complaint through the magicpin app but no response came app for refund amount instead you provided 50% off coupon for next delivery What rubbish and nonsense things your company is doing and why you open such company and create an app that through which you can't provide guarantee for refund amount for incomplete. I also made an email complaint regarding this matter but instead of refunding the amount they are just apologise the user and provide coupon in return which is not good sign for a food delivery app and company to do so. The very must priority for the food delivery company is the customer and if you can't take care of your customer how then he/she buy food order from your site and app Kindly go through this matter and make sure customer is always the first priority for you. If no customer then no company. Below first image is of my mail I send them and second image is the response they gave me instead of refunding the amount for incomplete order and last image shows the dark reality of your service and app and company too.

This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling customers' hard-earned money. I would strongly caution others against using Magicpin unless you’re ready to face such frustrating situations. They need to improve their refund process and customer service immediately.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using the Magic Pin food delivery app. Unfortunately, the customer support team failed to address my concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the delivery service was subpar, with significant delays and a lack of communication from the delivery team. Overall, I would not recommend Magic Pin to others due to these issues. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer support and delivery services.

Our delivery experience on magicpin app went horrible. We are a vegetarian household and as such had ordered Veg Biryani for us. Red flags started to pop up right after the order. A slight delay extended nearly to two hours. After many complaints, finally when we received the order, to our utter shock and horror we found two Chicken Biryanis. One of family members vomited others were flabbergasted. It was clear that this was done in abject carelessness, coz the package had a bill inside mentioning that the biryanis were chicken. But alas, the callousness! What was more horrific that this was on the auspicious day of Kartik Poornima. The complaints fell on deaf ears, option to call doesn't exist. In short had to go through sheer mental torture. Had to complain to Consumer Helpline to even get a refund. Utterly pathetic. Urge others to stay clear of this mess. They deserve to be sued.
