I was hired in April. Couldn't work on anything till July as there were no projects assigned. I left the company in July. I had to wait for 3+ months to get my final settlement. Also, i've not seen any company credit the settlement without sending the computation first. That surprised me!! When asked for computation, they send a document with just a statement saying - " Total amount credit is XXX subject to deductions". (haven't received the computation yet by the way even after following up every single day). How professional is that?

Unethical interviews and totally unprofessional and rude behaviour by the Talent Acquisition Team. I had a call from Gangashree Pattanaik. She crossed all boundaries to ask inappropriate questions about personal life in her first cold call before even the technical round. Secondly , she asks if the salary I was drawing in my previous company was correct a gazillion times. She also asks if I got 100% of my variable pay in my previous firm. She also takes a step further to ask what was my salary in my pre-penultimate company. I mean , no sane person looking for a potential hire does that. If you can’t trust the people you hire , don’t even bother finding the right ones to fit your company coz sooner or later they end up leaving your firm. They don’t treat potential hires with respect. I had a terrible interview experience. My bad, unknowingly applied to this company.

Hypocritical organisation. Conducts online tests, written tests, design tests, interviews, etc. Finally, 5 HR folks negotiate salary in a Video Conference to say that they can offer only the existing salary. Don't they know their budget before inviting the candidate. Please beware!

Who ever need job they can pay to recruiters money they will give job immediately it's promise from my end as I am also one of the victim who taken super interview of 10 min to reject . My scheduled interview at 1pm he joined at 1:18pm and closed at 1:27 he did nt completed my introduction as well I don't know about that fake lead that much expecting money with new joiners

All local guide reviews are FAKE because, if any person gives review on something definitely comments about company or etc. so clearly says those were fake reviews.
