The primary focus of this role is to assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the field who are interested in learning about sales and lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential leads through online databases, social media, and other tools.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads and gathering necessary information.
• Maintain and update our CRM with accurate and timely information.
• Assist with email and phone outreach to prospective clients, setting up appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality and accuracy.
• Monitor lead engagement and provide feedback to improve outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or pursuing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong research and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
