Job description

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive (Backend Support) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our clients by managing backend operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining customer data accuracy. This role is ideal for freshers who want to begin their career in customer support and grow in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide backend support for customer queries and service requests.

● Manage and update client information in the system accurately.

● Coordinate with the technical and product teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

● Prepare reports, logs, and documentation related to customer interactions.

● Assist in monitoring platform activities and escalating issues when needed.

● Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in any field.

● Strong communication and written skills (English proficiency preferred)

● Good analytical and problem-solving ability. 

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or support tools (training will be provided).

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
