Very Easy and perfect Hotel PMS and channel manager. The best part is the service provided after sales. Mr Shaan is an amazing person, always ready to help, never denied any of my request. All hotels must use this software for easy workflow.

Disappointing Experience Despite Promises I had high hopes for BookingJini due to its promising features, but the experience was frustrating. While the system itself has potential, it is unnecessarily complex and poorly implemented. Setting up and using it is far from intuitive, making it a challenge for even seasoned users. To make matters worse, despite their assurance of a refund during the trial period, it has been significantly delayed. Numerous follow-ups have yielded no resolution, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. A trial period is meant to instill confidence in a product, but this experience has done the opposite. I wouldn’t recommend BookingJini unless they address these issues—simplify the system, improve the implementation process, and honor their refund policies promptly. It’s disappointing to see potential wasted by such poor customer support and execution.

Bookingjini offers a user-friendly hotel management system with a booking engine, channel manager, and CRM. I appreciate its efficiency, as I own pool villas in Pattaya the whole team specially Mr.Perbinder has been a blessing to me. Rated 5/5 they provide the best of the services in the field I have earlier been using cloudbeds but trust me these guys are super and far more better than them. Highly recommended!!

Initial Promise: Bookingjini claimed to boost visibility across 500+ OTAs. Post-Payment Experience: Experienced delays in getting property listed; had to chase the assigned Customer Success Manager. The handling manager left the company, leaving us unattended for over a month. Limited Listing: Our property was only listed on three OTAs; no listings on any meta sites. App Issues: The Bookingjini app frequently crashed, making it unusable. Lack of Training: No product training was provided. Support staff lacked the training to handle advanced queries, often unable to respond during calls. Payment Transparency: No documentation provided regarding payment releases; lack of transparency. Poor Customer Support: Absence of an escalation matrix for addressing customer issues. Communication with Management: Contacted the VP of Bookingjini to discuss concerns; she listened but did not take action. Requested her to check activity on the platform; we had hardly used it. When requesting either service or a refund, her response was, "You won't get a refund; you can send an email to deactivate the services." Encouraged us to pursue action through a consumer forum and disconnected the call. Current Situation: We feel stuck with a service that fails to meet promised standards and instead of utilising the services which we paid for we have to reinvest in another channel manager and also deal with the legal process of resolving this issue in another way. Should have cancelled the services in the first month itself, they took advantage of our patience. "STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE THEIR ISN'T ANY" Update as on 5/11/2024 : Called again on their customer support since my tone was high they try to supress my voice and denied the fact they had promised to provide OTA and meta listing, when I asked him for the service he behaved like Gunda laughing at my problems ( He got it back in the end ) even after tagging them on the Social media handles like LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK, X, There is not even single response from the management that shows how they are going to treat you once you pay them, there is not even an account manager who can service us, You want to run a business by using their software. Forget about it. all the recent updates will be posted here, this is not a review its gonna be a blog. 6/11/2024 : Still no account manager appointed no response. 7/11/2024 : Another useless courtesy mail without any actionable. 12/11/2024 : No response to the mail or calls no resolution provided yet. 14/11/2024 : No resolution provided they are not crediting the booking amount for the payments done through their payment gateway way. Even though inventory is available, I am not able to create new reservations. 18/11/2024 : No solution provided yet
