Emma beds, I ordered a bed during black Friday (15 Nov 2023) and it has not yet been delivered. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get an answer from you and no solution has been provided. I have even gone as far as contacting the distribution company to see if they have the bed. The fact that I have spent 1,400 euros on a bed that remains undelivered is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness from your end is deeply troubling. Despite my persistent efforts to reach out, it seems that my calls are being screened, as evidenced by the fact that I was able to connect using a different phone number. I need an urgent solution to this. I expect to receive a comprehensive explanation for the delay and a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive my order, plus compensation for this.

!!!!!!! Beware of Emma Sleep: A King-Sized Disappointment !!!!! My experience with Emma Sleep has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered a king-size bed, anticipating a seamless and luxurious addition to my home. However, what ensued was a chaotic, disjointed delivery process that left me with a frame but no mattress. The bed arrived unexpectedly early, a situation that might usually be cause for celebration. But here's the catch: it arrived without the essential mattress! Imagine the frustration of staring at a useless, sprawling bed frame taking up space, with nowhere to actually sleep. The anticipation of a restful night turned into a surreal puzzle - a bed without its soul. Contacting customer service added insult to injury. The call center, seemingly outsourced to Suriname, offered nothing but scripted responses, echoing information I already had. There was no effort to understand or resolve my predicament, just hollow words and unhelpful advice. It was as if my concerns were just another tick in their call log, devoid of empathy or action. The promise of full service is laughable. Without a mattress, what service is there to speak of? The disjointed delivery not only disrupts plans but also questions the very competence of this company. How can one miss something as essential as coordinating the delivery of a bed and its mattress? The price, exceeding 3,000 euros, is not a small sum. For such an investment, one would expect premium service, reliability, and at the very least, a complete product. Emma Sleep, however, seems to think otherwise. They've shown a blatant disregard for customer experience and satisfaction. I urge potential customers to steer clear of Emma Sleep. Don't be swayed by glossy advertisements or promises of comfort. The reality is a disorganized, frustrating, and ultimately disappointing experience. My advice? Look elsewhere for your bedding needs. There are plenty of reputable companies that value their customers and deliver what they promise. Remember, a bed is more than just furniture; it's where we seek rest and comfort. Don't let Emma Sleep rob you of that with their appalling service and incomplete deliveries. Consider this a warning: AVOID EMMA SLEEP AT ALL COST

The Emma Sleep premium hybrid mattress is simply awful. I have never been so disappointed in a purchase. The company itself seems very disorganised and a flurry of bad reviews makes me think there are some serious problems. The Emma Sleep premium hybrid mattress is NOT a good one. It is cheaply made and on par with £100 mattresses from cheap stores. The biggest mistake I made was going by Which Reviews (I have no idea how they reviewed favourably - maybe it’s sponsored?) In the end, as much as I persevered, I gave up just under a year. I put whole duvets under the mattress to try to make it more comfortable, I used a high quality mattress topper as well to try to make it better. Totally ridiculous when you think the mattress is marketed as this amazing mattress. I bought a new mattress just recently, the Emma one was taken to the dump. Having spoken to several people on social media who made the same mistake as I did, I can only hope this review has been read and others who are also reporting problems, have also been read. The Emma Sleep premium hybrid mattress is shocking. A total waste of money and it’ll be the worst mattress you would have experienced. Go to a proper store and test a new mattress for yourself. Do not use an Emma one. Thank me later.

Terrible returning experience!!! On 7 April 2023 I purchased bed and a mattress with Emma Sleep (Netherlands) via their website. According to this website, I am entitled to return the product and receive the refund free of any charges if I decide to return the product up to 100 nights after the delivery date (this possibility was one of the reasons why I decided to try Emma Sleep mattress). I received the mattress on 13/04/2023. After trying it for almost 90 days, I decided that I wanted to return the mattress because my body did not adapt well to it. I feel back pain right before waking up, whereas during the day I do not have it. Also, I have tried another mattress that I have at home for a few nights and the back pain was gone during this period. For this reason, I have not been able to have a full night of sleep since I have acquired the Emma mattress and want to return it. I have then contacted Emma on 15 July 2023 requesting to return the product and since then I have exchanged more than 20 emails, to no avail. They have confirmed that they would proceed with the return, which confirms that I am entitled to it according to their policy, but they keep telling me to wait for their logistics partner to contact me, which has never happened. When I contact them asking to solve the situation or requesting the contact details of their logistics partner, they inform me that they cannot provide it. After more than 2 months since I first contacted them, I see myself in position that there is nothing else I can do and for this reason I had to start a formal dispute. It is not acceptable for a company to leverage from all the advantages of e-commerce and that has a selling platform based on “100 nights test” and “free return” to provide this type of service. I spent a lot of money and have a product that is harmful for my health. Therefore, I am expecting them to pick up the product and refund me as promised by them. I am really unsatisfied with Emma's services and I would not recommend them or their products to anyone who would ask me about it.

This has been the most frustrating and disappointing purchase experience I've ever had, and I cannot in good conscience recommend emma sleep to anyone. I placed an order back in September 18th when I made the purchase for the 1x Super Sleep Bundle. During the online transaction, the website stated a delivery time of 5/6 weeks. However, immediately after completing the purchase, the confirmation email indicated an 11-week delivery timeframe. Despite my immediate attempt to seek answers and a refund by calling the support service, I was told it wasn't possible. In the following weeks, I repeatedly tried to track my purchase, but the website never worked, and I received no updates. It wasn't until November 2nd that I was informed the Headboard would be delivered before November 16th. Despite numerous calls to the customer service, no confirmation of my purchase or tracking number was provided. I escalated the matter through email, only to be informed on November 23rd about further delays due to port congestion. Upon calling again this week, I discovered that my purchase was damaged, and the only offered solution was to place the order again or receive a refund. It's utterly unacceptable that after 11 weeks, I had to initiate contact to learn about the situation. The proposed solution of placing another order, thus waiting another 11-week, is outrageous. Consequently, I opted for a refund, and the nightmare continued. I had to personally take the pillows and duvet (the only items that arrived) to PostNL.And I still need to wait for 14 days for a refund?! this is unacceptable This entire experience has been a severe letdown. Emma Sleep made me wait for 11 weeks without providing updates, they informed me of the purchase cancellation only because I called, and now they expect me to return the only items they delivered (rather than picking them up) and wait 14 working days for a refund? This level of customer service is appalling. Frankly, I will never make another purchase at Emma Sleep and I strongly recommend you not to buy here. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I've ever encountered
