Everytime we are in there, they are rude and not friendly at all. It’s only the 9th of January and I got a rude message saying they need an insurance cause my other was terminated. Well my husbands company switched insurances. They said they would move it to self pay and that is $105 charge. All they do is threaten. We haven’t gotten it yet. Be nice! I’ve worked for a chiropractor and this would never have happened to our customers! No wonder they hardly have any stars for this place. As if it’s not hard enough going in there with a son that is hurting. Wow!

I feel the best I’ve ever felt with my new medication, but with that being said, don’t expect to get in at your appointment time and always schedule on a day when you have nothing else going on. Your appointment time will get pushed back 6 hours and probably get pushed back again after that. They don’t know how to schedule people or get them on time because of ketamine treatments.

Completely incompetent staff. Dr Soni said he put in the orders for me to get TMS and ketamine treatments and someone would be calling me. Never got a call. Brought it up at every session, every other week, for two months. When I told him I wasn't doing well, he told me that I needed to either go inpatient or go somewhere else to get assessed for suicidality to protect him and his other patients, not me and my life. I also emailed various members of his staff a medical leave form I needed for work and was told he'd complete it. After nearly two months, it hadn't been done. I was told it would be done 10/9 and to come get the completed form at 1pm. It wasn't done. He ended up giving the form to a provider I'd never seen to fill out. I finally emailed his assistant Jessica to have him call me and, when he called me, he told me he doesn't do FMLA, short-term disability pay/SDP, or any paperwork for my work or finances at all. That would have been good to know two months ago, especially considering he had already sent in the records I requested for SDP, had me fill out release of information forms, etc. When I was on the phone with him, I was not rude, nor did I raise my voice. He told me I was being rude and that I needed an employment attorney and that if I wasn't happy with the services I should find another provider. This is when he believes me to be in crisis and JUST changed my med two days prior. I fired him. The front receptionist, Tammy, refused to give me my records so I could try to provide the information for my leave and SDP myself. I ended up calling back and spoke with Crystal, who apologized to me repeatedly for the way I was treated by Dr Soni and said she'd send me my records that day. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. These people won't help you with anything. It's like pulling teeth to just get refills, a basic part of the job. This isn't health care. Is this the healing profession you prepared for? Is this compassion? Is this caring? Let me assure you, no, it's not. Shame on you, Dr Soni. You need to do better.

I am a workers compensation adjuster who advocates strongly for my injured workers. I scheduled an injured worker with this practice the patient filled out all of the paperwork, I advised I would sign anything they needed me to sign to agree to their fee schedule. They were fully aware this was a workers compensation patient. The patient had to wait a few weeks to be seen only to be told that the provider Dr. Williams she was scheduled with did not accept workers comp. Kylie Shugart the scheduling coordinator sent me an email advising that she had rescheduled her with another provider Dr. Soni. Another few weeks passed until her appointment and when the patient arrived at the office in desperate need of mental health care she was told that Dr. Soni does not accept workers compensation either by a flippant and snotty front office person. I attempted to call and was placed on an extensive hold and the scheduling coordinator did not take my call. I will now start looking for another practice that has compassion and cares enough about people to not behave in such a rude, uncaring and unprofessional manner. Shame on you Interpersonal Psychiatry.
