We are growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. Job Summary We are looking for Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and generating potential leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or lists
● Identify decision-makers and evaluate prospects’ interest and requirements
● Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team
● Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM / spreadsheets
● Meet daily and weekly call & lead targets
● Represent the company professionally in all conversations
● Support marketing and sales campaigns through telecalling outreach
Required Qualifications & Skills
✅ Must be a graduate (any stream)
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English
✅ Confidence in handling outbound calling & customer interaction
✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
✅ Ability to handle rejections and work towards targets
✅ Strong listening skills and positive attitude
Preferred (Good to Have)
● Experience in lead generation for IT / SaaS .
