Outstanding service, as a business owner I was concerned as to keeping up to speed and being fully compliant with the latest Data Protection (GDPR) regulations. I run a financial services company and it is critical to be fully complaint in all areas especially with the handling and storing of client information. I engaged Damien Traynor of Ambit Compliance in relation to my business and he set about reviewing my current policies and procedures, highlighting areas that needed improvement and drawing up policy recommendations which underpin the compliance necessary in my line of work. We (Wood Hazel Consulting Ltd) had an excellent experience using Ambit compliance. We won a contract with a large financial services company, and there were sections of the contract and other forms which needed completing that had GPDR and date protection implications. We contacted our accountant, and they recommended Ambit Compliance to help us deal with the contract and also to advise us about GPDR. Gillian from Ambit Compliance spoke with us over the phone and answered our queries and gave us a very fair price/quote for the work involved. We agreed the price and e mailed Gillian the documents on Friday the 11th of January. Gillian said that she would work on the contract and the documents over the weekend and have an answer for us by Monday morning ( for our meeting with the Financial services company). On Sunday January the 13th, Gillian sent us over a written report on the contract and also helped us to complete other documents. She also gave us very good advice and questions to ask at our meeting the following day. She was available for all the follow up questions and queries that followed. Our meeting went very well the next day(14/1/19) and we were happy to sign the contract. We will definitely use Ambit Compliance in the future for any issues associated with GPDR and compliance.
