Biriyani Box

Ordered Kolkata Aloo biryani (Regular)via Swiggy and the biryani was worst they just heated previous day's biryani and sent. Pathetic experience ever. Let me tell you another incident, 4 months back I had ordered Kolkata chicken biryani (Regular) via zomato and I found hair in that and I talked to the zomato customer support and they provided the refund. Since I didn't have enough time then to call the restaurant, I closed that matter. And now this incident, honestly this is the lowest service anyone can expect. Will never order or visit this restaurant or recommend this to anyone. This time I even called biryani box and they didn't even respond. Now all I can say is restuarants are overrated please visit road side food stalls and eat there, at least you will have fresh food not stale food like so called restaurants.

Don't even deserve 1 star for the price . They charged 240/- for chicken biriyani . I ordered this from zomato .There were only two small pieces chicken and biriyani was also very less in quantity. I thought may be taste would be good but that too very bad with smelly chicken and taste was like cooking chicken and rice separately and then mixing them to form it so called biriyani . I was shocked how people like it. It is my first and last time from biriyani box.

This much for 500 rupees. But quality is cheap and taste is worst. Even golgappa worth 10/- has better taste

Went to try Chicken Biryani at one of Bhubaneswar outlet at Patia, it tastes ok .Just ordered here 2nd time (this time mini Chicken Biryani) and here is my ratings: 1. Biryani Rice : 3.5/5 2. Chicken : 3.5/5 3. Raita : 4/5 The price is 177 (inc all taxes as of July 2024) for the mini one . They do offer 10% discount on order above 500. So After trying most Biryani Outlets all over India and at that price point , considering the area and taste I solidly give it as 3 out of 5 . Peace out ✌️

Biriyani box is very overhyped. While it's taste is below average. Not as per the expected taste. I would not recommend to try there.
