Sharing my interview experience here. I had applied for Finance Head position in this Company. The Company is run by amateur management. They wasted my time by taking 4 rounds of interview, including discussion with investor, & at the time of releasing offer, backed out citing budget issues. My question here is that they had my Current CTC & Expected CTC details when I had applied for this role, then why did they waste my time taking several rounds of interview. On top of it, these guys do not have basic ettiquette to call or send an apology email. Really, disappointing experience. To all those who want to join this Company, please check with their HR if they have budget or not, or else you would have to go through the same harassment as I went.
