I am appalled at the service for an establishment that promised much more. We weren't offered any help with our bags at check-in. There are basic things like a do not disturb sign that's missing from the room so best of luck trying to not get housekeeping walk in on you. On two nights, an alarm went off at the nearby room or corridor and we had to call the front desk to get it resolved. If you call the front desk, then depending on the staff you may run into someone kind or someone who berates you not knowing exactly how the hotel runs. The food at the breakfast was good but the service was a complete letdown (inattentive to borderline rude). I would expect much better at this price point. The breakfast on the second day gets worse. We finished breakfast and were having a coffee and the staff came along asking us if they could move the table. They were completely understaffed and getting something like a coffee or a plate cleared was a Herculean task. I did share some of this feedback at checkout.

We had a 3 night stay at this beautiful place. It is close to everything in the downtown. I loved walking the path to the beach daily surrounded by nature. The food was excellent in the restaurant. We enjoyed the Nordik Spa. The leaves in the region had turned and the scenery spectacular.

How disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tiny, there’s no real seating, save for a rocking chair that is rock hard and two stools. I guess this is just a very expensive dormitory.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the Le Clos building during a recent road trip. We had a really relaxing time at the Spa and greatly enjoyed the thermal circuit. The breakfast buffet was very nice with so many tasty items to choose from, meats, cheeses, pastries, etc... The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great.

The place is very nice, the experience is great but... You would expect great service and this time it wasn't the case, we had issues with the room from arrival, they provided us with another room the issues persisted and we're not resolved, basically the cold water was so hot you could not shower or was your hands, the second day they fixed it for a few hours, the issue persisted, we also had issues with the curtains and the coffee maker, throat were never resolved, at check out there was no comments apologies or anything to acknowledge the issues, definitely not the service that I would expect for the price point. Hopefully they can fix their mechanical issues before this goes down fast. We stayed at the train station rooms.
