Fraud alerts !!!! I had this ring delivered to me from GIVA thinking it’s gonna be an amazing experience because it was a day to impress someone special in my life and trust me when I received the product everything went on a bloody toss. Because there was no stone on it and the gold plated was completely washed away. Trust me GIVA the local stores gold plated rings in Zudio and Westside last longs than your products which is way too cheaper too. Shame on you and your team. @Anushka Sharma if this is how you are running business than please look for some other business because this is not how you run this with the quality #Say_No_to_GIVA. No proper Customer services, they are bloody rude. No proper chat support. Omg GIVA is terrible. I need compensation for what is happening around me.

Disappointing Experience with Giva I recently had a very disappointing experience with Giva. Despite their much-hyped Black Friday Sale, I discovered it was only available online and not in their stores, which was misleading and inconvenient. Additionally, their "lifetime plating policy" turned out to be more of a marketing gimmick. I raised a service request to have an ornament collected from my home as promised in their policy. However, nobody came to collect it, and no service was provided despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of transparency and poor service has left me highly dissatisfied. I expected much better from a brand like Giva and wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. They need to improve their customer service and honor their commitments.

They don't even deserve 1star rating. This is the worst jewellery buying experience I have ever had. The product quality is pathetic not worth the money. I recently bought a customised name necklace and it has turned black just after 1 use. Totally disappointed never go for their products. They are getting business just by Anushka Sharma being associated with Giva.

I've bought four pieces of jewelry from Giva so far. It's become my go-to site for dailywear and gifting. I love the designs, the quality is good and so is the packaging. The 6 month warranty doesn't hurt either.

Totally dissappointed, this is the paid gift package which i got. Totally bad response from the customer support too. I have mailed them several times bit there is no response. Hence it is the prepaid order I am stuck with this. Seeing adds i went through the order and later seeing reviews made me think to cancel the order but there was no response. Product looking worst like old or used. If my proct is not returned i am going to fila a case at consumer law. Cheats
