We had afternoon tea in The Georgian and it was a beautiful experience Great service and helpful staff The sandwiches seem to be not very fresh but we asked for replacement and it was done very quickly. Great menu of teas and jams. Slight disappointment that rose jam is no longer served. Scones were delightful as always.

Love love love the food hall. Can get lost if you go to the upper floors, much to explore. Did a Moët experience with a friend — would recommend. Tho the stores didn’t have some of the necklaces me and my friend were looking for. But it was around Chinese new years so it makes sense.

Wow what a store! Truly lives up to its name. The fresh food was unreal and extensive. Fragrances from around the world in abundance like no where else. In fact all departments were so impressive with the breadth and depth. And to cap it all off is the architecture both inside and out. Why go to museums when you can go to Harrods and marvel at it?

One of the UK's most famous department stores always worth a visit for the atmosphere alone.! Staff are kind, efficient , helpful and friendly We had coffee and cake in the coffee bar as a valentine treat, which was so delicious ☕️ 😋 We had a walk around the store and a wonderful experience.!!
