Harrods

Amazing shopping center with high-class shoes, clothes, food, desserts, bags, and even books. There is so much to see and explore in the center. At first, it was overwhelming, but once you understand how the area flows, you will be in good hands. I highly recommend anyone visiting London to visit Harrods as well. It is well worth the stop. By the way, it's a stop along the Big Bus Tour, which can make it easier to get to.

Love this department store. I’ve always seen it in movies and it made me feel just like I was in a movie. Went here on our last day in London and wish we would have come sooner. Bought some cute gifts to bring back home. We ate at the cafe and was very delicious.

An amazing visit, made really special by the lovely staff my friend and I chatted to. The Irish man handing out samples of Myles spices and herb mixes was really informative and genuine, as was a male cashier in the food hall. The displays were as wonderful as ever, but the staff really made our visit extra special. Well done!

Love the vibes and how the place is organized. Sit-down food hall is available on the ground floor. The price isn't as friendly as it should be. It's the seating and its luxurious settings that push up the price. But anyway, the place is still great for tourists to do shopping. No more tax refund since Brexit.

My daughter and I were looking forward to our visit to Harrods with this being my daughter’s first ever experience here, it’s not like the Harrods I once knew, none of the staff were approachable and looked very snooty , in the fragrance hall most were looking extremely bored not smiling and some even on their phones, very unprofessional in my opinion. Sorry to say I don’t think we will be back.

Always a treat to visit this incredible store, however parking is a nightmare and gets worse and worse. The Christmas decorations, lights and windows are simply breathtaking . The Loro Piana displays are so beautiful . The Christmas Shop has some very hard to resist decorations and a few purchases were made. A quick visit to Louis Vuitton and another bag later the visit was complete.

Visited at the weekend for the first time in many years, and I will not be visiting again. It was absolutely heaving and chaotic. I found the staff to be rude and not at all what I was expecting. Money certainly does not buy you manners! If visiting during the Christmas period, be prepared for the store to be extremely busy. Very long queues for the toilets, and the restaurants. Large groups blocking the aisles, staff glued to their phones. No thanks.

One oc the best stores at Christmas, bottom floor for all the amazing Christmas decoration, you can also get Christmas paper printed with a name on it , Afternoon tea is one of the best ever

First time of visiting & definitely won’t be the last We only had time to do the whiskey/wine dept & watches plus buy one of their Christmas baubles, then have a coffee & some delicious chocolate cake ( definitely will be back just for that alone lol) till the next time!!
