Beste lezer, Tijdens inchecken in Inntel hotel Eindhoven werd ons gevraagd om zaterdag de kamer niet te laten schoonmaken en wel schone handdoeken te krijgen. Daarvoor krijg je bij uitchecken 10 euro op je rekening gestort. Wij zijn ermee akkoord gegaan. Helaas hing er geen tas met schone handdoeken aan de kamerdeur, maar dat werd snel opgelost. De kamer en het ontbijt zijn prima. Bij het uitchecken moest ik mijn pinpas bij de betaalautomaat houden om 7 euro toeristenbelasting te betalen voor de tweede nacht. Eerste nacht had ik al bij inchecken betaald. Bij thuiskomst bleek dat de 3 euro die op mijn rekening gestort zou worden, 10 euro terug om de kamer niet te laten reinigen, verrekenen met 7 euro toeristenbelasting, niet gestort, maar 3 euro afgeboekt. In week erna zijn er verschillende bedragen erbij geboekt en er weer afgehaald. Aldoor via betaalautomaat, want dit arrangement was geboekt via de spoordeelwinkel met een ander rekeningnummer.Twee keer een mail gestuurd en twee keer gebeld. Alles uitgelegd en gemeld dat het om 6 euro gaat die wij nog tegoed hebben. Opeens is er van de 6 euro die wij moesten ontvangen weer 6 dagen later 3 euro gestort. Het gaat niet om die 3 euro, maar het is een rare gang van zaken dat 5 dagen later geld van mijn rekening wordt afgeboekt via een betaalautomaat waar ik geen toestemming voor gegeven kan hebben. Gaat er hier iets goed mis? Kleine bedragen vallen natuurlijk niet op. Wellicht toch maar handig om mijn bank eens te vragen hoe dit kan? Of ik wil een duidelijk antwoord van Inntel. Bij hotel Eindhoven kunnen ze mij dat niet geven. Misschien iemand van het hoofdkantoor in Hoofddorp wel? Vriendelijke groet, Ron Drukker.

Great location! Train station 2 minuet walk if that , shops local , staff were amazing very helpful and kind , I would 100% recommend this hotel & Hopfuly will come back again , thank you for the great first time in Amsterdam. P.s the bed is so comfy!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. It’s situated in a very nice location and the interior and staff are lovely but be warned about the payment trap if you book through the hotel directly . They charged my card for my initial 2 night stay and on the day of my departure they informed me I had to pay a pre-authorisation charge which included a deposit. This came to £413.66 and they assured me I would receive this money back in 1-4 days. Ten days later I am still waiting! This is very frustrating as the hotel have not been very helpful and keep telling me to contact my bank. I did not have this issue the first time around as I booked with You have been warned!! This is why I’m giving it such a low score this time.

The hotel is beautiful and only two train stops from Amsterdam central.....loved the quirkiness of the hotel and how it was located within a beautiful village shopping centre it was clean and the beds were so good to sleep in cannot fault this hotel and will be back again

Stayed for 4 nights in January. Beautiful building from the outside. Although our room was clean, modern and the photo feature wall above the bed was nice.. the room felt a bit bare and definitely didn’t reflect the bright, unique exterior of the hotel. Was surprised by the few amenities provided for a 4 star hotel.. Single soap dispenser on shower wall, 2 plastic cups, a tiny sewing kit, 2 cotton wool pads and a tiny shoe buffer sponge.. No shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, any kind of soap near the bath, or any bottled toiletries etc. The shower also leaked around the seals and had quite a bit of limescale around the bottom. A few coffee and tea sachets provided, but with 2 small paper cups, (again strange for a 4 star hotel) and no milk provided. (If you need any, you can go down to reception and they will give you some.) Bath was nice and very big. Shower constantly ran from being hot, to suddenly cold which was annoying. The wellness facilities are very nice and clean so we were looking forward to getting in the pool, unfortunately it was cold :( so with the weather being freezing outside we definitely didn’t fancy a cold swim. Never ate in the restaurant as there’s lots of places to eat nearby. Great location to explore Amsterdam, as it’s right next to the train station. Staff friendly and accommodating. A few improvements would go such a long way in making this hotel just as iconic on the inside, as the outside :)

At first we were hesitant due to it being out of the city. But staff and the calmness won me over immediately! We have been travelling Europe for a month and of all the hotels we stayed this place had the most pleasant and lovely staff of all!!! Thank you so much! We caught the train daily to the city and it was nice to return to a quiet place… The room was large, clean and comfortable 😊 Breakfast was awesome! Thank you so much
