We tried Kebabs & Kurries on a whim a few weeks ago for dinner. It's located in the same strip as Calandras, so there is ample parking. Staff were friendly...

We liked it, overall. First try out and would return. Garlic Naan good, not underdone, had some crisp and chew, a few nice bubbles. I asked for my entree,...

Went for this as was widely advertised in the store. 3-6 pm, Monday to Thursday ,15SGD nett. First up -Chaat Papdi- w lentils , dahi, potatoes and lots of chutney- red and green App- good, Taste - Average. Papdi was half crunchy -Pani puri- green water good, Red one- poor in taste, only sugar. 4 paani Puri’s filled w lentils and potatoes like prev one. -Dahi Puri- same as number one , no difference in taste. Told the chef, no answer - Chana chaat- green chutney in green chillies and chana w a sliver or two of potatoes. Decent in taste. - dahi bhalla- exactly same as number 1 and 3! - Pav Bhaji- pav was good , Bhaji average. Was hot so good. -tea - hawker centre fare, none special Over all Taste- 2/5, being modest. App-3/5 Service- 1/5 Value for money- poor 1.5/5. That too as they served what it said and no more. Should not be yelling about it in stores. Give it a miss. Better go for KP for a mini platter , much better Not a buffet at all.

After an exhausting day tramping through the myriad floors of the multi site Mustapha Centre complex, we decided to head to the roof of the new extension (level 6) for dinner at Kebabs and Curries. The menu is predominantly north/south Indian with also some Singapore Malay/Chinese cuisine staples on offer. Between the four of us we ordered chicken biriyani (ample portion, very tasty), mutton seekh kebab with naan (4 large kebabs, tasty, comes with raita), mixed kebab/tandoori platter and an okra dish (5 different meat/chicken/seafood, all yummy and plenty of). The service was fantastic - our waitress was engaging, witty, attentive and helpful. The food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering (the place was busy with only a few empty tables). One warning - there is a service charge (10%) and GST (7%) applicable to menu prices that were not cheap in the first place. The bill for the four of us came to S$88 - which is the only reason why I haven't given this restaurant 5 stars.

A very good place for people who want to try Indian food, the restaurant is massive and yet at the same time beautiful, staffs are good, food is good.

The restaurant is located on the roof top of Mustafa but it's hard to get to. You have to enter Mustafa at the very far end (exit 6) & then take the nearest elevator up to the roof. There's a moderately nice outdoor garden area which is completely unused. The main restaurant is inside a huge glass dome, which looks okay at night when the light reflects but during the day the glass looks awful with all the glass tinting rotten & peeling. The furnishing & decor is basic at best. The a la carte menu us extensive, offering a great selection of food from all regions of the Indian sub-continent & a good selection of vegetarian dishes. The quality & flavour of the food is generally excellent. The service is average in that they're knowledgeable & helpful on request but not very friendly or attentive. Overall this feels like a hidden gem as it's rarely busy & the food is great. If only they'd refurbish the restaurant & manage it properly it could be excellent.

Nice buffet spread with vegetarian and non-veg choices. The ambiance is nice and cosy. It was to have celebrated my son's birthday there among small group of family members.
