Absolutely terrible. I previously worked with KMC when I was in a leadership role working for a large enterprise technology company. They did a great job with hiring our function. I've since started my own consulting business and I decided to engage with them again because of my past experience. I spoke with a person from the team and told her my requirements which was obviously much smaller than the hundreds of people at my last company. I sent 4 follow up emails and never heard back from the 'Regional Manager'. If you're a small business, I wouldn't recommend working with them. Great if you're a large technology company with thousands of employees.

If you're here doing your due diligence because they connected or contacted you for a certain opening. I wouldn't proceed, especially with the way they manage their applicants. Save your sanity. Go to a n t i w rk grups you'll see further.

It is truly a magnificent working environment.
