I decided to leave a review simply because there are so many bad reviews and I wanted to give my own feedback having been with them for so long. I've been with LCN since 2009 but it's been so long can't remember what they were called back then, in that time I've never had any issues and have purchased going on 10 domains and web hosting from them. Hosting services has always been totally fine for my needs with no down time or issues whatsoever. I noticed a few reviews saying webmail is very old and yes it is but to be honest it is better to use something else these days anyway (like firefox). Price wise I'd say they are middle of the road but you get what you pay for, as I said never had any issues so all good. I work in tech so you do need to have some tech experience with a few aspects but when I've gotten stuck support have always hand held me through an issue. Overall I would recommend LCN especially if you are comfortable with tech and web stuff, they are reliable and do intended job.

I wrote a 5 star review in 2017, because they used to be brilliant. Not any more! They will sell you help you don't need, fail to deliver on the things they say and the customer service to back it up is horrible. Fairs fair though, they get an extra star for being good years ago!

Absolutely awful! They used to be good, but are now beyond bad. Only open for support 9am-5pm, when you speak to support they don't seem to want to bother to help and when they do they don't listen properly and do the wrong thing or don't bother to do it properly. Was waiting nearly a week for a fix due to their website error they didnt bother to fix the error and just said it would be done 'eventuially!' Meanwhile the hpsting was unusable!

Please don't use this company! They used to be good but are really shocking now. I am cancelling my hosting services with them.

I have used this company for years and it has always been great, I have had no problems.
