Worst stay , even basic amenities like toilet flush don’t work properly. There is no sense of urgency in resolving room related issues. With 12k daily price, the standards of hotel are even below oyo rooms. Please avoid at any cost, this is not like usual Lemon tree hotels. Also - rooms are like matchboxes and very claustrophobic.

Unpleasant Experience on New Year's Eve My friends and I had a disappointing experience at Lemon Tree Hotel, Kalina, Mumbai, during our New Year's Eve stay. Despite informing the manager, Prashant, about our guests arriving to celebrate with us, he was extremely rude and unaccommodating. We were forced to check out at 2 AM due to the manager's behavior, which made us feel unwelcome and unsafe. Despite prior notice, our guests, traveling internationally, were not allowed to visit us for even a brief period, which was humiliating and unacceptable. Requests for a mere 30-45 minutes were denied, and the manager's behavior was disrespectful and hostile throughout the interaction. There was no attempt to offer compensation or find an amicable solution, leading to a ruined New Year's celebration for us. This experience not only marred our New Year's but also left us feeling deeply disrespected and uncomfortable. We urge the management to address this matter seriously and consider providing a refund for the distress caused due to the manager's unprofessional conduct. We hope Lemon Tree Hotel takes immediate steps to ensure other guests do not encounter similar distressing situations in the future.

Regrettably, my experience with the hotel was marred by an extremely frustrating cancellation process. Despite my earnest attempts to cancel my reservation, the lack of responsiveness from the hotel was not only disheartening but also inconvenienced me significantly. This subpar level of customer service has undoubtedly cast a shadow over my perception of the establishment, and I sincerely hope improvements are made in this regard. Even after 17 mail still I get the mail in revert that we are even unable to cancel the room what rubbish . Vyom patel

The charge that I paid is not worth the room. The rooms are very small & not great. Moreover I booked along with buffet dinner. Don't ever think that it is a buffet. Just that served 3-4 items & not at all tasty. Moreover dessert means they will serve single piece gulabjamun. Worst part is the food they provided for dinner is hardly not worth 200/-. But the charge is 900++. Moreover work is going on side by & huge noise. Not happy for what they charged. Paid almost 14k.
