One King West Hotel & Residence

We recently stayed at the One King West Hotel after experiencing a car accident. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and how good the hotel smelled. The receptionist, Rachel, was incredibly kind and understanding upon learning about our situation. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, providing us with extra attention and making us feel welcome. Our room with a city view was absolutely stunning. To our surprise, the room was equipped with a full kitchenette, (not just a microwave and a mini fridge) including a stovetop, microwave, fridge, pots, plates, and all the necessary utensils to make a meal. Furthermore, the hotel's offer to store our luggage after check-out was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the city freely before heading to the airport. Overall, our stay at the One King West Hotel was exceptional, particularly given the challenging circumstances we faced. The hotel's exceptional service, combined with the luxurious accommodations, made it a truly memorable experience.

Great experience! Highly recommend! We stayed in a tower suite and it was very nice, and had a great view. Bed linens and towels were super white and clean. Really appreciated this. The bed was very comfortable. Customer service is exceptional, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 3012 this weekend, in the tower building. Location is prime!! Close to everything. Lobby decoration for christmas was lovely ! And my partner and I really appreciated the voucher for the daily ritual cafe, for a coffee and pastry for booking directly through one king hotel website! Everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful stay, my partners birthday weekend was great. Would stay here again!

Terrible Experience at One King West Hotel I stayed at One King West and had a highly disappointing experience. I ordered food to my room, only for my neighbor to steal it and then deny it. When I reported the issue to the lobby staff, they outright refused to take responsibility or provide any assistance. Their dismissive attitude was shocking and showed a lack of care for their guests’ safety and well-being. I expected much better service from a hotel of this caliber, but their refusal to help resolve the situation left a terrible impression. If you’re looking for a place that values its guests and ensures a comfortable stay, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We had booked the night before making any dinner plans. It was my wife’s birthday and she wondered if there was a JOEY restaurant near by. To our surprise it was across the street. Great location. LCBO and Starbucks right across the street and walking distance to the St Lawrence Market. Also a great hotel if you have Leafs tickets. Directly connected to the P.A.T.H and a great spot for a drink before the game. We sat and chatted with the bartender and served me my first Old Fashioned. When we left our room for dinner the lobby bar was a scene. Lots of guests hanging out and having an all around good time.

I chose this hotel for its great location and good price for a nice hotel; I will go back for the beautiful views from the tower rooms and the spacious living areas in the rooms. We stayed in a suite and it was a great set up. The staff was friendly and helpful, the café is also excellent. The food is otherwise solid but there are many restaurants within walking distance that recommend trying out instead. The ability to pay a small fee and have the option for an early check-in is a great feature. One note I will make is that the bathroom products are extremely fragrant. If you have an aversion to fragrances, you may want to either pack your own soap/shampoo or stop into the Shoppers across the street.
