Niwethita is the most helpful and welcoming person we have ever encountered in all the hotels we have visited. A big thank you for all her advice, warm reception, and kindness. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Subash and Amjath at the front desk, as well as the day and night managers, who were always available and responsive. As for the room, we stayed in a spacious triple room, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, especially when there are buffets. However, it's important to note that there is no sauna inside the hotel, contrary to what was mistakenly suggested in the room description. One minor downside was the sound insulation. We could hear some noise from outside, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

Lovely place and lovely staff. The food was amazing and I loved my stay. Perfect location and Amjadh , madavi and yuresha were lovely and really made my stay, they were extremely helpful and couldn’t have helped any more! I will definitely be coming back!

High tea buffet is amazing here. There are lots of delicious foods. The staff members are very kind and attentive.Their customer service is excellent and special thanks go to Miss Jani and Miss Nilakshi and also to Mr. Gayan and Mr. Vihanga .

I have had a fantastic time staying here. Food was amazing and the hotel rooms are clean everything about the hotel is impressive, People and the environment have lived up to the highest standards. Special thanks to Ms Madivi and the team..truly an extra special place in which I definitely return. Thank you!!
