I went today for my 2024/2025 RCR pass and Liz help me out. Thanks RCR for employing such kind and competent people as Liz! I went today to get my 23-24 RCR Pass. I had done most of it online, however, I missed one small part; but Candice was super supportive in helping me complete everything I needed to, and I thank her for the excellent customer service she extended to me today :)

The venue, location and stay with family and friends was great. However resort is in need of some TLC. Guest amenities do not meet the class of a high end resort. After perusing the resort's website in anticipation of our stay, I have to say I was disappointed.

$1770 for an "early bird priced" RCR pass after tax this year. Thats an increase of $460 over the last 4 years. They raise the price every year and don't seem to put any of that money back into the hills. The fact that the early bird ski pass sale ends before the summer bike pass early bird sale ends is an absolute joke as well. Scummy sales tactics and one of the most expensive season passes in BC by far

This company is absolutely horrible…. I placed a $300 deposit for an adult season pass at Nakiskia in late October. I have not been able to get there due to my work schedule. (I work out of town) Now realizing that I won’t be able to ride this year, I have politely asked for my deposit back over the phone. I have left my phone number for the manager. Never have been called back. Went to the office and spoke to some supervisor with no success. I even asked for two adult lift tickets to cover the cost of my deposit. Nope the money is non transferable. There are better places to spend your money. Never again. There should be a zero or negative stars to rate this company.
