Sandia Resort & Casino

My family and I were there on 1/5/25 around 3pm. We were going to get a drink in the south-side snack bar. One of the workers there stated that we could get a drink in the bingo hall, because the soda machine wasn’t working in the snack bar. We walked into the bingo hall and the manager yelled at us, asking what we were doing in there because bingo was closed. We explained to her what they told us the snack bar, and she told us to get out. We were shocked. No common courtesy whatsoever and extremely condescending and rude. She could’ve politely told us the bingo hall was closed. This lady then proceeded to yell at the people working in the snack bar. I feel sorry for whatever employees have to work for this lady. She needs some serious customer service training.

Beautiful location, they have lots of games to pay in the casino as well as free beverages, restaurants and cafes. My favorite thing about tonight was the staff were handing out New Year's accessories! My husband got a hat and I got a crown. So awesome! Happy New Year everyone!

The rooms are really nice but pretty pricey. They have 1900 slot machines and like 10 video poker machines total. While I was playing the same machine it froze up 3X. Took them 20 mins to reset it every time. Finally that put it out of service. So when I was playing another machine the slot person came by and told me I had already broken one machine so be careful with the one I was playing. Total BS. I didn't break it. It broke itself. Then he called security on me and they came and checked my ID for no reason except to harass a paying player. When I went to complain later the security guy was a complete Dick. And said they had every right to randomly check IDs. BS. They harassed me because their crap video poker machine broke. I don't need to have my ID checked at age 66. Won't be coming back here ever. Don't need the stress of getting profiled like I'm a gang member. Lots of other friendly casinos in Albuquerque. Go there. This place sucks.

Stayed here for a night and although the rooms look really really beautiful... the beds and pillows were horrible. I couldn't even stay until checkout we left at 7 to go be in our own bed. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. I mean...maybe a rock could have been more comfortable...I been to Isleta Resort and Casino and Santa Ana Casino and Hotel they both had amazing beds.. for the prices of these rooms the beds should be very comfortable. Also they need more food vendor options.. Isleta has good food options.

My girlfriend and I came into town to celebrate Christmas and her birthday with her family that lives in Albuquerque. I can’t say enough about how great the front staff were when we were checking in. The property is great, the service has been fantastic and it all helped get the trip off to an amazing start. Thank you!!

Simple but fun casino. There's always live bands, clean rooms, and fun games. Also an amphitheater for concerts.
