This was one Sunday afternoon visit that we enjoyed as a family. The pool, attendant, waiting staff and generally the service was exceptional. The kids bonded with friends at the pool and a kids friendly place to visit. And the food...compliments to the chef. You can see that standards are maintained and good value for money. Looking forward to a visit again next time we are in Nairobi.

Had a wonderful stay. The location was prime, and the hotel ambience, service, and neatness were very good, and it is managed properly . Staff are very polite and welcoming the guests always. Rooms are maintained very well and always keep very clean. The security system in the lift and the access to the floors are highly appreciated. Moreover the staff are reminded us to keep the valuable items very carefully.

Great central location. Excellent security! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. The pool is a must do with a lively bar and restaurant. The spa has great services. Went in for a deep tissue massage and steam. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in Nairobi.

Great experience. Delicious meals. Hospitable Staff - Joseph (house-keeping) was exceptional. Didn't have that chance to enjoy the amenities but hope to return soon.
