Silavadee Pool Spa Resort

We stayed at the Silavadee Hotel for two nights. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was absolutely terrible. We had booked a private villa scenic view and had to change rooms three times in 48 hours without any compensation offered. The first room we were offered directly overlooked the restaurant with a rooftop. The entire terrace therefore had an unobstructed view of our room and bathroom. After long negotiations, we were transferred to another room, but only until the next morning, then we had to pack our bags again, wait two hours without a room before getting another one. We had to negotiate for hours again to get a scenic view room different from the first one. To top it all off, when we checked out, they tried to make me pay half the price of the stay again (24,000 baht). I had paid the first half when booking and the second half during check-in. We had to fight for more than 20 minutes to make them understand that we had already paid with a bank receipt to support it. In conclusion, the hotel is magnificent, but do not expect any service whether in the restaurants or at the hotel level.

A 5 star resort that delivers a 5 star service. Absolutely loved the experience. We traveled with a 4 month old baby & the hotel took care of us to the very minute details. The private infinity pool villa has gorgeous views.

We had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay here for our honeymoon. We really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a villa with our own pool (this made our trip), the villa itself was incredible, service was wonderful and food at The Height delicious for dinner. We also loved the spa services. Our only piece of feedback would be to update the breakfast as we found it lacking in great options and after a few days we got a bit sick of the food. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

So we have stayed in the resort for 5 night at the double room villa n 21 with our baby. The staff was amazing and took care for everything for us. The food in the breakfast is amazing! You can choose from a very versatile menu and take something from the buffet and become drunk from free champagne 🍾 We also took the "seafood extravaganza" in one dinner and it was amazing!! The view from the restaurant is pretty much as in the all resort - endless Sea and nice rocks. The pool in the room was pretty large, and we had lots of fun in it. I think it was pretty clean. Yes, sometimes there will be leafs in the pool but it's not that bad. The rooms was nice but little small... We had some trouble realizing how the lights work. You get lots of complimentary - soda, coke, juice of 2 kinds, fresh fruit each day , and a lot more. The prices for the mini bar, spa, drink's and other stuff are a little higher then other places. We will recommend it and hopefully come again

We spent 5 amazing nights for our honeymoon in a scenic pool villa and we absolutely loved it. The whole resort has a beautiful vibe with lots of plants and in the morning the villas look out to the sunrise. Also having the beach and being able to kayak and SUP was also really fun. We loved the variety at the buffet breakfast and while the portions are smaller than expected this is good and means you can order more! The shuttles to Lamai and Chaweng were also really useful. The only downside is that the gym was really small with only one treadmill but this is being renovated next year. Also you can’t order grab or bolts straight to the resort but if you order it slightly up the street then it’s fine.
