We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful décor, elegant wall hangings, and warm ambiance. The staff at the reception and main entrance were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always eager to assist, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The provided room heaters were a thoughtful touch, ensuring a cozy and warm stay. The restrooms were also immaculate and well-equipped. The dining experience was equally delightful—the food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with excellent hospitality. Every meal was a treat! One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking valley view from the hotel. Waking up to such a serene and picturesque landscape was an unforgettable experience. Overall, this hotel is a perfect retreat for a relaxing and memorable stay with family. Highly recommended!

It undoubtedly comes under luxury stay. It offers parking which is rare in Gangtok. The staff behaviour is warm and welcoming. The best service was by the Manager. He actually stands true to the name of luxury hospitality. The rooms here are spacious especially the family view rooms which offer the best view of the valley. Deluxe sofa cum bed rooms are good but lacks the view part. Room service is good. Food offered is of standard quality. I have attached the pictures that I have taken for better visualisation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel looks beautiful with a lot of decor and wall hangings. The staff at the reception and main door were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, well maintained, and clean. Thanks for providing room heaters, which kept us warm. The restrooms were neat too. The food was delicious and the service was great. The valley view from the hotel is breathtaking. Overall a great place to relax with your family!

This property is one of the newest in Summit group of Hotels. Rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, offered stunning views and had a blend of modern comforts and chic design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens. The bathroom was clean, sleek and had all modern amenities. I travelled with my family and including an infant. We had absolutely zero issues. Recommended for all families. Hotel's location could've been better as it's a bit far from the central city/MG Marg. And there are literally zero restaurants/food options nearby. However the food at the hotel was awesome. The staff was too supportive and helped with our infant. Special shout out to Ms. Sapnam for making our stay relaxed and wonderful.

Had an amazing stay at Summit Grand Resort and Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
