The Clarks Varanasi

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, well-designed, and impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere. All the required amenities were present, and on request, they provided a high-quality additional bed, which was much appreciated. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The hotel also offers convenient parking space inside, along with an outdoor seating area, which adds to the charm. Though I only stayed for a day and couldn’t explore all the amenities, the overall experience was positive. The location is also convenient, making it a great choice for travelers. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is unsafe for families and visitors. They do not have incident reporting system to the uper management and leaderships team.Iron burned and outdated iron coughs fire as soon as plugged in. Metal melted and burned my leg finger.Immediately I have reported to the front desk and staff assisted with first aid. Seems to me room fridge either purchased from junkyard or May be 2 decade old. It was not working and had mould all over. At that condition I can not keep my medication in it.Looks like floor rugs purchased from Goodwill store. Goodwill store is where we donate outdated and old households.Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Bathroom flooring possible to have trip hazards.I thought Management must have these information when I tried to talk Resident Manager Mr.Pathak. I surprised when he did not bother. He simply ignored however I have shared all the pictures to Lobby Manager.After staying 3nights 2 rooms spending $2000/- no apologies? I would not recommend this hotel to stay. Management has no sense of humidor.

This hotel is totally unresponsive. They first insist you have to pay 50 pct to guarantee booking. When u want to cancel they insist on levying exorbitant cancellation charges. They do not respond to phone calls emails or WhatsApp. It's a money making racket. Shame on you

Dear future guests, this is NOT a 5 star hotel by any means. The hotel is very old, and the rooms don't seem like they have been renovated in the last 20 years. We even found a cockroach in our room. Plus the room itself smells real bad. Breakfast was mediocre too. The only positive was good hot water in the bathroom. Definitely not worth the exorbitant price they charge. There are much better options out there for the same price point.

Worst hotel in the city. Very old decorated rooms. Breakfast is worst. No great choice of food. What they are servicing in breakfast is also of substandard quality. Please do not opt to stay at Clarke Varanasi as I feel that staying at Hotel Clarke is waste of money. The standard of the Hotel even do not matches with 2 star catagory hotel.
