**Review of NYE Gala Dinner at The Park** We had high expectations for the NYE gala dinner at The Park, given the brand's reputation, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. We booked two couple tickets, anticipating a premium event, only to be disappointed. The party itself was average at best. We arrived early, around 8 pm, so the atmosphere was still settling, but it was clear that the service did not match the high standards promised. The biggest letdown was the liquor offerings. The event description had advertised "premium liquor service," but in reality, the selection was far from premium. For the amount we paid, we expected a higher standard of both drinks and overall service, which were both lacking. We were also let down by the quality of the food, which didn’t live up to our expectations for a premium gala event. The dishes felt underwhelming and lacked the flair we anticipated. To make matters worse, when we approached the staff and event managers to voice our concerns, they denied any shortcomings. They showed no accountability for the poor quality of food, drinks, and service. The fact that our complaints were dismissed, coupled with the lack of a refund for our wasted money, was just intolerable. Given the price point, we expected much more from a brand like The Park, but the entire experience did not live up to the advertised expectations. If you're planning to attend, be aware that it’s not as described during the booking process. We ultimately left early, feeling that the time, money, and energy invested were not worth it. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not meet the standard one would expect from such a well-known establishment.

The West 1 hotel at the park was incredibly good and the service there was just awesome! Everything, ranging from food to cleanliness was perfect. The staff was patient with us, especially Mr. Mucqueem at the Park was absolutely kind and a great communicator. Well enjoyed!

We went in a event of Birthday party in Park Navi Mumbai. It was very bad experience. No professional staff were there. Park doesn't have their own staff for hospitality. They hire unprofessional people from outside with dirty dress and unprofessional behaviour. I am attaching a photo of a staff , who is serving food with dirty dress and tobacco in his mouth during guests service. It was worst paying them with hope that they are a brand. Even internal staff don't have manners how to behave in front of guest. I found one senior staff was sitting on service table with legs up. Really very unprofessional hotel now , which was not earlier.

Rooms were nice and clean. However, the wifi is limited to only two devices. This was not advised to me upon checking in. Staff could be more helpful and friendly when asked a question. Food was fantastic! Nothing much to do around the hotel as things are far away.

It was an awesome experience. I would recommend for a quiet family dinner and for having a good and chill time. I had an amazing time with my family, I had ordered drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) which were amazing and food was just.... chef's kiss.... I would recommend you to ask For Abdul and Shruthi for your dine experience. They were absolutely a delight and were a reason for such a great experience. I can't say anything for the room service as I didn't stay in the hotel.
