Xceptional has helped find me a fantastic job where I did not feel the need to mask to be considered a good applicant. They worked with my new employer to help me fit in and enjoy my new role whilst still being myself. It's been over a month and Xceptional haven't got back to me since asking for my resume. I was told I have a very good skillset for the many of the roles they are advertising, based on their testing. Maybe Xceptional is more into resume based hiring than they let on.

Staff at Xceptional have been very supportive and clearly understand the occupational and social struggles that people on the spectrum tend to deal with. They go out of their way to help people on the spectrum acquire work that suits their interests and/or skills, and also provide ongoing support for those who are employed to ensure minimal stress within their work environment. Just as importantly, the culture at Xceptional is welcoming and friendly and occasionally provides a sometimes needed opportunity for people on the spectrum to enjoy some company with each other and participate in fun activities, without being expected to live up to conventional social expectations.

I have been with xceptional for nearly 2 years and it has been a very successful partnership. They helped me secure a good role that is full time and permanent. It really saved the day for me! I have always had great support from the staff at xceptional they really understand my needs and work with me to help resolve any issues that come up.
