Job description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Specialists / Associates with proven sales experience in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, driving product demos, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, or hospitality businesses for our SaaS solutions.

Candidates must have prior sales experience with Hospitality-focused platforms such as PMS, Channel Managers, OTAs, Restaurant POS, or Hospitality Marketing solutions.

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Hospitality sector

  • Pitch and sell SaaS software solutions to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses

  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospects

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

  • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals efficiently

  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
     

 


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the Hospitality industry is compulsory

  • Candidates must have worked with Hospitality-focused companies/platforms, such as:

    • PMS / Channel Manager / CRS

    • OTAs

    • Restaurant POS / FoodTech

    • Hospitality Marketing or Reputation Management platforms

  • Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant business operations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
     

 


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales

  • Experience selling SaaS, software products, or tech solutions

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
