We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Specialists / Associates with proven sales experience in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, driving product demos, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, or hospitality businesses for our SaaS solutions.
Candidates must have prior sales experience with Hospitality-focused platforms such as PMS, Channel Managers, OTAs, Restaurant POS, or Hospitality Marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Hospitality sector
Pitch and sell SaaS software solutions to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospects
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals efficiently
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Mandatory Requirements:
Sales experience in the Hospitality industry is compulsory
Candidates must have worked with Hospitality-focused companies/platforms, such as:
PMS / Channel Manager / CRS
OTAs
Restaurant POS / FoodTech
Hospitality Marketing or Reputation Management platforms
Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant business operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Experience selling SaaS, software products, or tech solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
