Overall good hotel, room is good but facilities are average. Cleanliness is good. Staff in the restaurant was very polite and food and breakfast was extremely good. But the manager at the reception was not very welcoming and polite. He had a take it or leave it attitude and needs to learn some lessons about good hospitality.

Pure business and for night stay purpose budget hotel. The rooms are small and if you are used to bigger rooms then you will feel congested and compact to be in it. The rooms are well kept and so is the washroom well maintained. What I did not like is the tea and coffee making space is in the room here it is common on a floor. This is inconvenient and people who aren’t sure is using kettle they pour water and tea bags in the kettle and mess up the hot water kettle. They keep biscuits and khakhra at the common counter which is appreciated. The staff is helpful and courteous. Restaurant on 2nd floor serves both lunch dinner and breakfast. Hot food is well made and served in case one wants to dine. The location is remote and nothing around except d-Mart store next door.

God day. Dear Manager Whom It May Concern, I recently stayed at 7 Apple Hotels, Mahape, from 9 Nov to 10 Nov and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Firstly, I would like to commend your front desk staff, particularly Kadir and their colleague, for their exceptional service. They demonstrated a deep understanding of guest needs and treated me with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Their welcoming and helpful demeanor truly made my stay more enjoyable and is a credit to your hotel. On the other hand, I would like to bring to your attention an area that could be improved. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of the restaurant staff to be less satisfactory. I believe that with proper training and guidance, they could better reflect the high standards of service evident elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and consider 7 Apple Hotels one of the best options in Navi Mumbai. I am happy to recommend it to others, thanks to the efforts of staff like Kadir and the welcoming front desk team. Thank you for your attention to this feedback. If there were an option for a negative rating, I would give the maximum negative. One receptionist was polite and helpful, but during the shift change, the next receptionist said the opposite of what the previous one had mentioned. The rooms are okay and clean, but some of the staff’s behavior is not good. In the restaurant, there was no board displaying the timings, but after staying here for two nights, we figured it out on the first day. On the first day, we ordered a masala omelette around 10:30, but they brought a plain omelette instead. When we requested a masala omelette, they said they had run out of eggs. At exactly 10:30, they turned off everything except the lights—AC, TV, and bread toaster were all off. On the second day, the same thing happened, and when we tried to order one more ghee roast, they said the batter was finished. I do not recommend this hotel, and I will never stay at any hotel in this group again.
