Chali-Rosso Art Gallery

Thank you for this nice, informative talk on the Salvador’s Dali art. It was exciting to learn more about the symbols hidden in his work and take a closer look on his pieces of art.

Don't miss visiting such a great attraction - jewel of Vancouver. We did not. Beautiful gallery with diverse art exhibits introduces deeps of art. Very knowledgeable owner and her assistants gave to visitors a lot of information about well known and practically unknown, old or modern painters, sculptors from Europe, and the same from Vancouver. We came for a free educational lecture about great artists of the past, and got it, we were acquainted with the history of each painting, many unknown stories were told about technik, life of the authors of pictures we met there. We just watched, but my wife was eager to buy a couple things to continue to enjoy them at our place every day, and I was able to pull her out of the gallery just with promise to think about it.

The gallery is a bit hard to find, but do not let that discourage you! Just find the "gift stores" on the 3rd floor of the building and you're in the right area :) We had a wonderful presentation by Gyorgyi about some of the most influential European artists, including Dali and Picasso, their life and art. Would highly recommend the gallery to everyone, such a gem!!

This shop is a must-visit destination for art enthusiasts, boasting an impressive collection of masterful paintings, etchings, sculptures, and more, all gracefully displayed on walls and pedestals. But it's not just the exquisite artworks that make this place special - the friendly and knowledgeable staff will take you on a journey through art history, revealing fascinating details and stories about each artist and their creations. Notably, the owner, Susanna, has been passionately involved in the art business for many years and possesses a wealth of knowledge about the artists and artworks she deals in.

Not that obvious to find. The easiest is to enter through the "convention center" entrance, go up 2 flights of elevators, turn almost 180° to your right and the gallery is in the middle of other shops in a small area there. Nice place to visit, staff is friendly and they have a lot of originals from European masters, for a (relatively) affordable price !

Never again. It's a horrible feeling to buy something that you were assured was genuine and then discover that it's not. Suspicions about this gallery's...
