Really beautiful and lovely hotel. Staff were warm and friendly. Rooms were so clean and comforting, pillows were fluffy and fresh. They put in so much effort to prepare the Christmas caroling for guests. I loved the stay and would love to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful Hotel with a lovely view into the valley. After a warm welcome, our room was small but cosy. Little seating area, and a nice balcony. Only the tiles in the bathroom could have been a bit more aesthetic 🤔🤣 but that wasn't really a problem.....the lobby lounge is beautiful, two fire places created a comfortable and warm atmosphere. Lovely place to have a drink prior or after dinner. Or more 😎. The dining room is also equipped with a fire place, dinner and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately we stayed only one night to enjoy this place. Thanks again to the whole team.

Great Location and small but comfortable room with a super view ; We found the staff very forgetful and sensed a lack of internal communication; Our guide had called the hotel reception in the evening and passed a message that they would be arriving later than scheduled ; the message was never received by us . They later admitted that they forgot to transmit the message and blamed others internally . We had relayed our food preferences well in advance , they were oblivious to this pre information ; The food choice , especially if you are vegetarian or vegan is very limited and despite sounding the staff out , about our food preferences ,whilst we were there , they kept on forgetting and they could only offer repeated apologies ; The quality of the food we received can best be described as average On the morning of our departure , one of us literally had no breakfast as : The chef was not available to make our preference food They forgot that we had a preferred diet Safe did not work Of course many others have had a better experience than us but i can only relay what we experienced ; It’s a small hotel , if defies belief that they can not get simple things right ?

Nice room, great service, incredible view and the food was amazing. Special shout-out to Mister Passang, he was so good to us.

Truly awesome experience. One of the finest places I’ve stayed in. Small but beautiful and extremely well managed. The personalised attention from top to bottom including the general manager is unparalleled. Food is really good and the spa is awesome. The rooms need a bit of upgrade and are a bit small.
