I have ordered frames here on multiple occasions, and have NEVER been disappointed. The turnaround time is great, they always come very, very well packaged, and the prices cannot be beat--especially for their closeout deals! Even though I can't specifically pick the frames (only the sizes) for the closeouts, I have never been disappointed with one that they've sent. It's kinda like Christmas when they arrive as I discover whatever treasures they've enclosed. The new website design is definitely a plus, as well. Customer service is top-notch, too, and they've done things for me that I've never seen any business do, and I didn't even have to ask!!! This place is amazing, and a lot of good, American businesses should take note. If I lived close I'd most certainly be there either shopping or looking for a job! Thank you so much, Frame USA, for really exemplifying what Made in the USA stands for. I am proud to highly recommend you to everyone who reads this review!

We ordered frames for special family portraits we had taken to celebrate a milestone anniversary. The portraits are special to us and we wanted frames that are also. And, the frames had to be Made in the U.S.A. We ordered quite a few frames in a couple of styles. The frames arrived when expected and they were carefully packed. They are beautiful and very high quality. We simply couldn’t be more happy with them. Thank you Frame USA for these beautiful frames and for making them in the U.S.A!
