By the time that I got serviced on my room, it was because I noticed that housekeeping was next-door. It was already 1 PM. They are doing the best they can for staff that have such a large property to service, but because I was a guest that requested an extended check-in they came to me last to make sure that they cleared around before they went in for their shift and got ready for the next day. I love the daily check-in because they treat you just as good as an Extended Stay in either which way it goes this place all around trusting great security and great customer service in the front they really relate to what you need and offer a great experience. Not to mention that it’s on the expressway. The only problem with that is that you never have an outlet but because this neighborhood is all around easy access to the highway it was very accessible and it was only less than $80 for one night plus my deposit back how awesome is that I was really surprised. I’m very happy with the new management.

Javier at the front desk was amazing. Really feel treated like a person. He let me take a look at the rooms to choose which one I liked best. The rooms are decent for the limited criteria it is to be a renter short-term. Thanks guys

I went a few days ago and I like how the employee. Javier handle a situation very professional. There was a lady in front of me holding up the line. Demanding her package While the employee kept telling her, her package was not there. She acted Very belligerent but he was calm throughout the whole situation besides her not understanding that she was holding up the line she keep demanding and being rude to him for not having the package ready to go he finally found it behind the counter but besides that he is very helpful and very kind person.I highly recommend y’all to stop on by if you’re looking for a great place to stay and in a great location! Been here about 2 months now and at first everything was going fine and great but I went to the office to pick up some packages and the gentleman in the front ( tall , beard ) not sure what his name is but he was very very rude . I asked for him to look for my packages and he completely ignored me . Instead he was texting on his phone and watching basketball clips on the computer ! I waited about an hour for him to finally acknowledge me and I asked for him to check behind the counter for my packages and he said he already did . I had asked him to recheck for me again and boom my package was right there . So unprofessional on his part . Very rude . Other than that I love the apartments and everyone is great except him .

Very helpful and informative staff. Perfect for long term or short term stays! Home Suites is at a great location with plenty of options for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Rooms are really nicely put together and felt at home during visit.
