I have been trying to get ahold of this company for 2 weeks now , never got a call back , and they never pick up the phone. They state you can’t change , or cancel your insurance through voicemail, can you imagine trying to get ahold of them if you need an immediate change or a cancellation?!? Good luck. My friend recommended me to you guys but i don’t know how he ever got ahold of you guys. Since you guys never pick up

Terrible customer service, very rude and not helpful. The person we spoke to on the phone had absolutely to clue about anything going on and was extremely unprofessional. Didn't even give us other options and refused to help us in anyway when we said we only needed home insurance and didn't want to bundle our car insurance in.

Handles my business insurance, always available when I need paperwork or just ask questions. Even found me a better rate for my bond without me asking when it was time for renewal. Dynamic Interiors LLC is my company.

Big rant about my experience with Integrity Insurance. If I could swear on here, and let this company know how much of a pain they have been to me, I would....
