This is a lovely hotel and spa complex. We had a mini-suite which was spacious, comfortable and clean. The shower had good water pressure and usually lots of hot water. A clean fluffy robe was provided daily for each of us. The spa facilities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor saunas and jacuzzis, and outdoor thermal pools, are pleasing to look at, very clean and very well maintained. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer many options, including lots of fresh vegetables/salads and cheese, eggs and dairy for vegetarians. For vegetarians, there is not much variety in the generous offerings from day-to-day. The complex is very close to many beautiful hikes and trails. The town of Devin is a short walk from the complex. The staff are friendly and helpful. Between 2130 and 2145 each evening, look up from the lawn in the central courtyard and you will likely see a long string of satellites passing overhead! Notes: try not to stay in room 304 or perhaps any of the rooms on that side of the hotel. There are at least 2 dogs in private homes on the other side of the road from the hotel who bark incessantly, day and night. There is also at least 1 rooster who crows very early in the morning. There are neither laundry service nor an ATM on-site.

A wonderful hotel! Stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious and comfortable. The spa area is great - heated pool, saunas (the hotel has an additional spa area without kids - didn't go there). Breakfast Ok. A very nice kids room and small playground. Definitely will be coming back!

As an American visiting with Bulgarian in-laws, this was easily one of the best hotels I have visited in all of Bulgaria. We stayed in an house for 4. It's basically a private villa with two large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom; a large dining space/living room combo with dining table, couch, TV, and minifridge; and outdoor balcony seating. While the exterior may be designed in the traditional Bulgarian style, the interior is completely modern. They even have air conditioning! Which you probably won't need because the outside temperature is quite cool even in the summer. The resort has TWO spa centers. The older one has a heated pool, a hot tub, a cold plunge pool, a sauna, and a steam room. The newer one (which opened a couple of months ago) is AMAZING! My favorite amenity there was an enormous heated pool with colorful underwater lights and tons of water jets with a few built-in lounge seats in addition to the standard seating shelf. In addition, they also have a sauna, a steam room, a relaxation room, an an infrared sauna. For an additional fee, they also offer massage services. Outside, there is another large swimming pool. And throughout the property, there are plenty of lounge chairs. The on-site restaurant is delicious. You'll likely need a reservation for dinner. They even offer English menus! The included breakfast is very extensive. They have hot food, fresh fruit, cheese, pastries, a coffee machine -- what more could you want from a free breakfast? Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area. Hope to go back myself!

We got a nice suite on the 2nd floor, very spacious, clean and cosy. We liked the traditional dishes, and food all in all was very good, staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to rest and also to use as basis to travel in the area. We enjoyed very much our stay and would love to come again.
