We are Shiv Shakti Enterprises from Lucknow, and we want to share our unfortunate experience. We had placed an order for gold bag envelopes and paid the full amount of ₹13,000 one month ago. However, the company has neither sent our consignment nor responded to our calls. They are now completely unresponsive. This has been a very disappointing and fraudulent experience. We urge others not to trust this company to avoid similar issues.

Purchased from them as they seemed like a reputed company as the reviews suggest. But experience was really bad. They sent a sample of the bubble polybag and it was good but when the actual lot arrived the quality was no where close to the sample, it was a third class bubble polybag with deflated bubbles. When talked to the owner, he cleary stated that he doesn't care about it and we should not call him as he is a man of crores and doesn't like to talk about these small things. So purpose of writing this long review is just to aware the people reading this that these people don't value their customers, no matter how much they say that they operate with ethics and are professionals, they are not. I made a mistake, I hope you don't.
