I had booked for three of us with breakfast via bookingDOTcom. Upon check-in they denied us the same. We had to pay upfront at last minute for third person more then 30% of initial booking. Moreover they were adamant to offer good plans even when we were ready to pay. Further, insisting on only cash was a pain. Pool was nearly usable.. 2-3ft only, what is the point here. Electricity keeps flapping. Hot water takes ages to come as like warm water. Reception desk misses out big time on hospitality. Suggestion is to look out for more options available around.

Visit this resort only when they are have manpower for cleaning, service & meal, If you complaint, they will ask you to leave property and will ask you to go to police for complaint. Zero hospitality ethics, spider nets, zero balanced setup box, months on months deposited dirt & debris below cubboard, desk nd all. I have booked this resort for 2 nights, first night we checked in by 9pm & by mid night about 1:30am we changed the room and shifted to basic room due to cleaning & safety as windows had no locks at all. Second day, staff shifted our room to our booked cottage, where AC, TV, Landline was not working & Wifi router was missing. We waited for 2 hours but no body came to fix it, even after given complaint at reception. Called many time to manager but he didn’t appeared. Finally we left that property as on phone their manger was talking aggressively & asked to leave and told do whatever you want to do (His name was Maske). Very pathetic experience, it’s better to stay at Nagpur or near by highway Hotels & go for Safari by Owned or rented Car.

Jharna Resort in Tadoba is an exceptional getaway for nature lovers. The resort is nestled amidst lush greenery, providing a serene and tranquil environment. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering all the modern amenities. The staff is courteous and goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The food is delicious, with a variety of local and international dishes. The highlight of the stay was the safari experience, which was well-organized and thrilling.

Located in the heart of the forest, Jharna Resort offers a great serenity to begin with. It is also very close to the Tadoba Navegaon gate and they offer special services for the tourists going on Safari as well. The property is well maintained, the staff very helpful and polite and the food is excellent. I was craving for peace in nature and I am glad I chose Jharna Resort for that.

Very good location and ambience. Just 100 mtrs away from Navegaon gate. The rooms were good and clean The room service staff was perfect,quick and responding. The food excellent and you whatever you want and it will be made available to you. The Chef Mr. Sanjay was always on his toes ready to prepare anything you wish and that too with the greatest taste and flavours.Thanks Mr Sanjay for the lovely food and your patience to hear us and look after us during our stay. The 2 serving boys at the restaurant were also always ready to serve you with a smile. Overall a great stay.👍👍👍
