The Food are really nice with high quality of seafood. I ordered these 4 dishes with barley tea and rice. The total price is $202.63. I recommend you to book the restaurant via their website cuz there are many customers come to the restaurant

Good environment for hosting special occasions, and service from the friendly staff is commendable. However, the food itself is just so-so and quite pricey. Not impressed by the food quality.

Service is good but the food was extremely disappointing. Especially the Austrialian live lobster at 50% discount. The lobster was bitter and tasteless, nothing like fresh seafood. Gave the feedback in restaurant but the reason was that quality of supply is subjective. My feedback to Jumbo is that don’t run promotion to offer lack luster inferior dishes and blamed it on the supplier. Teh lobster was supposed to be the star of the dinner but in the end , it just made the whole birthday dinner disappointing and left us with a bad taste. For the price paid , crab would have been a better choice. And we had better lobsters from Yang Ming a coffee shop tzr char.

Had an excellent lunch at Jumbo Seafood ION. The award-winning chilli crab was phenomenal, with its rich, perfectly balanced sauce and fresh, succulent meat. The free yusheng was a delightful and festive touch, while the dim sum was impressively well-crafted and flavorful. The restaurant’s location is fantastic, right in the heart of Orchard Road, making it convenient and accessible. However, the air-conditioning was uncomfortably cold, and the service fell short—pressing the service button multiple times yielded no response, and the staff seemed indifferent. Overall, the food and location shine, but the service could use significant improvement to match the dining experience.

Insanely delicious crab. Tastes like tomato. Super quick service and impeccable speed at which they clean. They want you in and out in 75 minutes. Ribs were a must. Crab was a must. Clams are hit or miss - tasted too flavorful. The noodles are a pass - nothing special since the sauce is similar to the crab.

Favourite seafood to go restaurant, best chili crab in town. However queue is often v long for walk ins. Recommended to do reservation before patronising
