No warm welcome, no welcome drinks not even they offered water in 30°. No signage in the hotel. No member of the staff showed us the facilities in the hotel. In the restaurant service was good and staff was friendly. Members of staff who introduced by name were Jaya, Smonica, Surendra and ishwar. Housekeeping service was poor.

Hotel was overall good and also food facilities was excellent. Please visit udaipur with this justta hotel and specially Jaya treat their customer was brilliantly.City palace and boating was one of the highlight points in udaipur. People are in udaipur also very cooperative and must visit place with family,friends etc.

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Good clean rooms with antique furniture. A special shout out to the restaurant staff (Ms Jaya, Mr mithu) for providing the best customised food to us. Morning Buffett is exemplary. Also, from the reception staff to housekeeping staff, given us a good services
