Never a great experience with this company delivery is always a mess the boxes were delivered before we opened and the boxes were half way on the pavement and washing up liquid had bursted open and went all on the drink case and they would reply saying ‘ oh it’s just the box that’s wet nothing else has happened’

Spent over a week with the customer service team, based overseas, to arrange an account. Initially told everything should be ok, however, after a week of chasing for updates and being asked the same or similar questions,I am told it is not possible.. why have you wasted so much of my time for something you could have checked/confirmed during our first conversation? The product list seems good, but there is no pricelist that I could find and havent received one even after requesting one from the customer service rep. I even went to the warehouse to see some products, and make a purchase, but when I asked about a delivery, the lady on reception was not very helpful and advised me to speak to the people on the phone. Not sure when and how a company can feel that it is so "big" that it doesn't want new customers. Or are my expectations too high? I might go back, but you get one star Magna for having terrible customer service and wasting my time.

This is the worst company to deal with, especially the management team. If there is an issue, no one is there to handle it. Their customer service team is unprofessional. I waited for half an hour to speak with the manager, but no one showed.When we visit, they simply don’t care. I also requested the owner’s contact details, but they refused to provide them.
