Morey's piers customer reviews

I go here every year, amazing is all I got to say. Good rides and the wrist band is really worth it. The tram car is very convenient and you can’t say you’ve been here if you’ve never heard watch the tram car please. The rides at adventure pier is pretty overpriced though but mariners arcade is amazing. Easy to win tickets and good prizes, I have about 550,000 tickets and could get a lot of stuff.

Great amusement park for toddlers. Very pricey. Each ride costs around $5 per person. Parents are permitted free on very few. My son loved everything though, and the rides are so nostalgic and well kept. The 2 story carousel was his favorite. We went later in the evening and the fireworks were easy to see from the Ferris wheel.

They are charging Disneyland prices for out of order, old rides! And I don’t mean Old Dominion. Some of the rides weren’t even operational because lack of employees! They have a limited option for children lower then 42 inches(Average 4-5 year old height)! I brought 3 all day all access wrist band pass for my 3 kids only to find out my tickets came with exemptions. No one communicated to me any exemptions or restrictions. Walked a mile to the other pier only to find out our wrist bands only worked for a few rides at this pier. When I asked guest services why wasn’t this communicated they replied” it’s on the signs.” What signs I inquired? “The signs as you enter the pier” The pier doesn’t s open to 5 I’ve been here since 12. Me:You mean I have to walk down here in advance to read signs for restrictions? “No the digital signs are posted at all piers” Me: I read that sign like 8 times looking at the confusing pricing. Show me that literature. It’s a digital sign with multiple flashing advertisements, we looked at it for 5 minutes! Finally it flashed in the finest small print I have even seen. Not only that but it lasted for a 3 second count and was buried! The manager couldn’t even read the damn thing because of how quick it lasted. And he works here!!! When asked for an accommodation so my son to ride it was No. At the end of it I brought additional tickets so my son could drive the go carts. This was the main thing he wanted. It’s all about family experience for me. We left afterwards. 4hrs, $250 and a good 12 rides accomplished, I realized Charlatans are offerings family experiences!

We took the kids for vacation. The park needs a massive upgrade. They don't ask for a certain day for your tickets you just show up. Because of that the park was packed. Open at 10am and by 11am there was so many people you could barely walk and all of the lounge chairs were taken. We had one bag and we had to cram it in a locker. The water slides were fun but not exciting. It needs to be updated and expanded

My boyfriend and I went here last night to the arcades and absolutely loved it. We spent the last 30 minutes racking up enough points to acquire the giant seagull plushies. Natalia was absolutely amazing and super patient with us. She was so kind, generous, and really just was a nice person to interact with at the end of the night! Absolutely 10/10.

Love wildwood boardwalk, always have. It is becoming extremely expensive. It is still a lot of fun. It’s even nice just to people watch. One thing I noticed this year is the game and shop people were less pushy which was a nice bonus. Make sure to wear good shoes because it’s a very long boardwalk!

Fond childhood memories are held at this part of the Shore. Did you really have a good summer if you don't visit Morey's Pier while in the area?

Place is very nice. Prices are way to high. They could use a wristband price for rides and make it much better. Staff at pool allow people to swim in lazy river and not say anything. Day of our trip counted 27 people -(kids) swimming in river. They were bumping into people and staff said not one word. They should not allow this for safety reasons. Staff at snack bar are young kids and rude. Ride staff was good and watches the ride entire time. It is a nice place for a break from beach but way to high in price.

At $16 per child to ride the small roller coaster and $5 for carnival games this place has become a ripoff! It was why all the rides were empty and teenagers who work there could not attract people to play the games. I saw only one person playing the basketball hoop game. This has to be more expensive than the parks in Orlando for a one day outing!

So during Black Friday Moreys piers Aka blue palms ran a winter sale which I purchased because it was a fabulous deal. I also stayed at blue palms last year- it’s funclusive meaning they give you unlimited dry rides and water park rides on all piers for the duration of your stay from check in until I believe 4 or 5 pm the day of check out. You cannot book blue Palms as a hotel only through their website. The entire motel is advertised as funclusive. During the Black Friday sale i booked through this winter sale for two nights and instead of 720 it was like $401. It was a great deal. It said there were date exclusions but the dates we were going are not included on exclusion list. There were no other details, exclusions, or stipulations. And because I couldn’t get someone on the phone when I called or an answer via email I went ahead and booked but I also took videos and pictures of me trying to find any other stipulations. I have now been contacted three times by Moreys pier / blue palms saying it was a mistake and they did not catch it because they were on Thanksgiving holidays. Thermostatic was so they say that winter sale was supposed to be a private sale open to season pass holders for 10% discount on their hotel room only . In addition to the sale being made public instead of private it was discounted at a higher rate than 10% . And lastly it had no details exclusions or stipulations so if IT said winter sale under the funclusive RATE and the entire hotel is sold as funclusive ONLY (inclusive of all rides and water parks on Moreys piers) you would assume that winter sale would be fun inclusive as well right . Especially since they DO NOT BOOK hotel rooms only. I did my due diligence I called and emailed for days and I emailed them finally after two week they reach out and say it was THEIR MISTAKE. They also accused me of MISUNDERSTANDING it included rides and slides. I replied to this manager and told her it is not my fault that Moreys incorrectly labeled the sale. The entire hotel is funclusive and when you go to their site there is no option to book a hotel only. It only allows you to book funclusive. So why would the hotel advertise a special that did not include what they typically include and did not specify stipulations or exclusions for said deal. It is not my fault the promo and pricing that was advertised was incorrect and lacking details or exclusions. I expect what I booked the two nights at the blue Palms which is advertised solely as funclusive on their site . You literally can’t book a HOTEL ROOM ONLY via their website the entire place is funclusive through their site. Their customer service is terrible and even though they advertised as the full hotel is being funclusive they will not honor it. What they said they were on our is my reservation as a hotel room only had a 50% discount. Which is false even if it was a funclusive deal 401 is not a half price discount. So again they are only offering me to keep my hotel room as a hotel only which at that point it’s pointless even stay there. They will not honor what they advertise as book direct and it’s a funclusive. They are not even taking ownership of their mistake and making it right with a customer. Again they are offering to keep my reservation as a hotel room only. If I want to do the funclusive there is only a 10% discount. But I purchased it at a really great discount due to their mistake I feel like they should honor it
